About Me

“I believe in kindness, I believe in lifting each other up, I believe that when we stand side by side, we become more than we could ever be alone. I believe in healing hearts through making art and creating, in turning pain into something beautiful that brings us closer together.”

Hello, I'm Natalie

Hi, I’m Natalie Beddoes — an artist and educator, a wife, a mother of four, and a proud grandmother to one grandson. I have a love for paint, paper, and helping people feel more creative in their everyday lives. I graduated cum laude from Columbus College of Art & Design with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, and I deeply value the years I spent immersed in an all-arts environment, pushing my creative limits and growing in confidence.

For many years, I put my art on hold while raising my family. Now, I’m rediscovering that inner creative voice and bringing it back to life — returning to the simple joy of holding a paintbrush, feeling paint move across paper, and creating from the heart.

Today, I create beautiful artwork designed to help you fall in love with your space. I believe art has the power to transform a room — bringing warmth, personality, and a sense of calm into your home.

Alongside my art practice, I’m a passionate and approachable teacher. I help students discover their creative potential without pressure or perfectionism. No experience is necessary — just a willingness to explore, play, and trust the process.

Whether you’re here to find a piece that speaks to you or to begin painting yourself, I’m so glad you’re here.

My Artistic Approach

Embracing Spontaneity

Watercolor has a mind of its own, and that's what makes it magical.

Teaching Philosophy

I believe everyone has an artist within them.
